How to request deletion
If you connected Atenova through Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business and want us to delete data associated with your account, email us at privacidad@atenova.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
What to include
- Your full name or business name.
- The email address associated with your Atenova account.
- The phone number or WhatsApp Business number connected to Atenova, if applicable.
- A short note confirming that you want your data deleted.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize personal data connected to your Atenova account, including:
- Profile and contact details.
- Connected Meta or WhatsApp integration records.
- Conversation logs and message history stored by Atenova.
- Business configuration data that is no longer required to provide the service.
Retention exceptions
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. When retention is required, access is limited and data is kept only for as long as necessary.
Response timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete valid requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or operational constraints.
